  • Implementation of the employment contract.

For the above purpose(s), DERTEC may request the following personal data from you:

  • Salary data;
  • Copy of ID;
  • BSN number;
  • Bank details.


Your personal data are stored by DERTEC for the purpose of the above processing(s) for the period:

  • During the term of the contract and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.


Information provided to third parties

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

  • Providing the internet environment of the AVG programme;
  • Taking care of the (financial) administration;
  • Taking care of newsletters and invitations.


We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We do of course make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police request (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.


Within the EU

We do not provide personal data to parties established outside the EU.


Minors

We only process personal data of minors (persons under 16 years old) if written consent has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.


Retention period

DERTEC will not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were provided or as required by law.


Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, for example the following measures;

  • All persons who can access your data on behalf of DERTEC are bound by the obligation of confidentiality.
  • We have a username and password policy on all our systems;
  • We pseudonymise and encrypt personal data if necessary;
  • We make backups of the personal data in order to be able to restore them in the event of physical or technical incidents;
  • We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
  • Our employees are informed about the importance of the protection of personal data.


Rights concerning your data

You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete the personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or a part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have us transfer the data provided by you to yourself or, on your instructions, directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can respond to the above requests.

If we are permitted to process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you always have the right to withdraw this consent.
